Outside Sales Rep

Dynamo Surfaces, a fast-growing and 100% woman-owned distributor of premium quartz and natural stone surfaces, is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional with experience in building materials, kitchen & bath, or interior design industries.

As an Outside Sales Rep, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with fabricators, kitchen & bath dealers, architects, and designers. You’ll be responsible for growing revenue, expanding market presence, and representing our premium stone and quartz products with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with fabricators, dealers, and design professionals.

  • Conduct regular in-person visits to client sites, showrooms, and project locations.

  • Provide product knowledge, technical support, and material recommendations.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project execution.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in stone, quartz, tile, building materials, or related industries.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and territory effectively.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Chicagoland area.
