This program will give you practice in 4 different ways you can use your body to more effectively handle conflict situations. Discover how to handle a tough client or unreasonable coworker or boss without saying a word. We'll use examples from your favorite movie characters and you'll get the chance to try these simple but powerful techniques on the spot.

This is not a session where you sit and listen, you will be up and moving and laughing and meeting other people this morning.
