Professor Paul Green will speak at the March Good Morning Schaumburg about Illinois being 'a State on the Brink.'

Paul Green is Director of the Institute for Politics and Arthur Rubloff Professor of Policy Studies at Roosevelt University.  He is also the Political Analyst for WGN Radio, guest columnist for Daily Herald, as well as the author of several books and articles on Illinois and Chicago politics.
