Toni Garza focuses on helping individuals and teams in the public sector achieve their goals and reach their energy needs. With over thirty years of experience in the energy and utilities sector, she worked in various areas such as regulatory strategy, stakeholder engagement, account management, customer support, energy efficiency cases and IT projects. She had navigated the different market and organizational needs through energy transitions related to the deregulation of wholesale and retail markets, grid modernization, energy efficiency transitions and other evolving energy market transitions.
Toni graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Management and Finance. Additionally, she holds a certificate in Strategic Change Management from Northwestern University and is a certified coach from Coach Training Alliance. She enjoys volunteering, traveling, reading, hiking, and spending time outdoors in her free time.
Kathryn Winkleman has been in the energy efficiency field since 2014. She has 10+ years of experience in outreach, working for contractors, and as an Energy Advisor for small businesses and commercial and industrial (C&I) facilities. She collaborates with customers and contractors to identify energy efficiency opportunities, address issues and concerns, and keep customers informed. She is committed to finding answers and solutions for our customers. Her insights and knowledge of the energy efficiency culture ensure all clients’ questions are answered, and they can feel confident in the results.
