Dreaming the Year Into Being: Visioning from Stillness & Inner Wisdom
Begin the year not with resolutions, but with reflection. Dreaming the Year Into Being invites you to slow down, listen inwardly, and envision the year ahead from a place of stillness and self-connection. Rooted in the natural rhythm of winter—a time for dreaming, restoration, and quiet creation—this workshop helps you access your inner wisdom before spring’s energy of action arrives.
Through guided reflection, values-based exploration inspired by Russ Harris’s ACT framework, and meditative sound healing, you’ll uncover what truly matters to you and design a vision that aligns with your authentic self. This experience supports a shift from striving toward external goals to cultivating internal alignment, clarity, and peace.
Created for adults seeking mindful renewal and deeper meaning, this gathering blends reflection, creativity, and community as we honor the season’s invitation to rest, realign, and reimagine.
