Elliot is a graduate of Northwestern University's School of Police Staff and Command\, has completed executive leadership programs through the FBI and the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board and actively teaches within the law enforcement and public safety community. \n\n\n\nPresenters at this quarterly luncheon focus their presentations on practical how-to takeaways that are immediately applicable to the way you do business every day.
