The Council serves nearly 14\,000 youth and nearly 6\,000 adults from 4 offices covering 1\,600 square miles in Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana.\n\n \n\nJeff began his career with the Boy Scouts of America 36 years ago and has worked in five states. He has been the CEO of 3 different councils since 2003. Jeff excels at revenue generation processes\, including creating Wealth Management seminars to attract and engage high net worth managers and creating strategic alliances to provide financial assistance to underserved communities. He developed a cash flow tracking system that provides a real-time view of the organization's cash position. He was instrumental in recruiting the first-ever female Board Chair in the Boy Scouts of America in the state of Florida. Jeff is the main designer of the Restoring the Village program\; a unique Scouting concept that provides quality Scouting/life skills programs in hard-to-serve areas utilizing African-American and Latino community leaders.\n\n \n\nHe graduated from Alabama State University with a BS in Criminal Justice.
