Through stories and lessons learned from a lifetime of building leaders\, Jeff will highlight how leadership is not just a title\, but a set of skills and values that can be cultivated at any age. His presentation will connect the foundational principles of Scouting with the evolving demands of leadership in the 21st century\, emphasizing the importance of being a strong\, ethical leader in every area of life professionally\, personally\, and in the community. Attendees will walk away inspired to lead with integrity\, vision\, and impact\, no matter their role.\n\n\n\nMORE ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:\n\n\n\nJeff Isaac is the CEO of the Pathway to Adventure Council\, Boy Scouts of America headquartered in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood. The Council serves nearly 14\,000 youth and nearly 6\,000 adults from 4 offices covering 1\,600 square miles in Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana.\n\n \n\nJeff began his career with the Boy Scouts of America 36 years ago and has worked in five states. He has been the CEO of 3 different councils since 2003. Jeff excels at revenue generation processes\, including creating Wealth Management seminars to attract and engage high net worth managers and creating strategic alliances to provide financial assistance to underserved communities. He developed a cash flow tracking system that provides a real-time view of the organization's cash position. He was instrumental in recruiting the first-ever female Board Chair in the Boy Scouts of America in the state of Florida. Jeff is the main designer of the Restoring the Village program\; a unique Scouting concept that provides quality Scouting/life skills programs in hard-to-serve areas utilizing African-American and Latino community leaders.\n\n \n\nHe graduated from Alabama State University with a BS in Criminal Justice. Jeff credits his family's multi-generational service to law enforcement and his 6-year service in the Army Reserve for instilling discipline and mental toughness at an early age.\n\nJeff currently serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee for Village Bank & Trust\, a Wintrust Community Bank. Jeff is a graduate of the FBI Citizen Academy. He is passionate about mentoring professionals and young adults to reach their fullest potential.
